Program Summary:
The Biomedical Engineering master's and doctoral programs focus on application of engineering and science methodologies to the analysis of biological problems and to the delivery of health care. It is offered jointly with the University of South Dakota.
Program Description
Current biomedical engineering focus areas of faculty research activity include Biomaterials (nanomaterials, bioadhesives, and tissue engineering); Computational Biomedical Engineering (biomechanics, imaging, advanced modeling/simulations; Assistive Technology/Rehabilitation Engineering (advanced prosthetics, control, biomimetics).
